  I made an appt originally that got cancelled. The girls never got back to me about making another one. I left numerous messages to get someone to call re discussion about prices. This never happened. After that I decided to go in... What a mistake. My hair turned out black instead if medium brown. They offers me an appt to get a colour remover put through for free that I was grateful for. I wanted to reschedule my appt which I admit was the second time in doing so, but nazi basically yelled at me saying I got what I asked for and then hung up on me. If this was the case they would never of offered a free colour remover as they knew they were in the wrong. Ellie the colourist said when washing my hair at the basin it's a lot darker then she was expecting. I found the whole process of dealing with weirdsistas very dissatisfying. Please do not go here nazi particularly is very rude and arrogant to deal with, no customer service skills at all. It's a shame that they are lacking in these areas as I wouldn't of gone to the effort to write this if they were a little more understanding and compassionate. Go somewhere else. For my 460 spent I am very upset.
