  Andrew and the team are professionals at what they do, and the level of care is superb. I had my car serviced and the team kept me well informed about the process and were great to deal with. Highly recommended.

  Awesome. Evan is passionate about what he does and it's evident when he is dealing with customers. He was very patint with me and took the time to explain the issues relating to my car (Mercedes 300CE 24 valve 5 speed) he located several other issues which were missed by other mechanics. Thankfully he managed to sort out my 5 speed transmission issues.
  I took my car to Northern Prestige on a word of mouth recommendation and I'm glad I did.
  I have just found my new mechanic.

  They booked the car in promptly and when i dropped off the car i raised a number of issues which they noted. They didn't indicate how long it might take and there was the end of the communication. I had to follow them up and when I did they weren't sure what had been done and listed a number of items at a large cost to repair and I asked them not to do anything else and to detail exactly what had been done and when i could pick up the car. They went ahead trying to diagnose what was wrong with several things they had actually already quoted to repair despite being asked not to do so, so then I couldn't pick up the car as it had to be put back together when I spoke to them a couple of hours later... then when I did arrive to pick up the car the next day and discuss the charges they wanted to argue about the amount of diagnostic work they'd done and charged for despite me asking them specifically not to do anything else. Then it turned out that simple things like the service schedule display had not been updated on the car's system so it still says it needs a service and obvious things like the time date year hadn't been corrected... examples of their attention to detail I assume. I raised these issues but they didn't respond. All together very unsatisfactory, expensive, time consuming and inconvenient and extremely poor communicators.

  We have been dealing with Northern Prestige for many years, supplying European parts for their Service division. Gavin is very knowledgeable about all European makes and model cars and has been a pleasure to deal with.

  Darryl, and his crew were great to work with. Their price was according to the bid; they were on time the morning of the work and they finished and cleaned up by the end of the day. They also came back the next day to correct an issue that they found during the work.

  I got alerted to the grossly unprofessional manner of this corrupt company by my friend after relying on them to install and then proceed to fix over 5 times in the last month an HVAC unit at their home. They came to them with the false advertisement of being able to properly cool down their home, but ended up costing them thousands of dollars in repairs and do not even have the good graces to answer the phone when they have tried reaching out. I hope that no one uses this company as an actual source for their home repair because they will likely end up in the same boat as my friend. Overall this company has continued to show a complete lack of social and moral etiquette as well as blatant unprofessionalism. You would be better off watching an informative YouTube video about AC repair than you would be working with this company. I'm appalled in the blatant malpractice this company uses and I look forward to reaching out to HVAC distributors and warning them against working with this company going forward.

  I worked for this guy Daryl and his girl Deb. They are complete crooks and exploit workers. I worked 3 weeks got 800 for entire time. After I quiet because I had to skip lunch after loading 100s of wall mounts alone because Daryl didn’t bother to check we had enough to install and had to jump around being pressured to finish units at Enclave in DeLand. We had no proper supervisor or instructions on proper installation or safety. This guy is a walking safety hazard. I watched him break main water pipe for entire trailer park. He’s a very unorganized tradesman and business owner. Him and his girlfriend will find any way to not pay employees but are very eager to charge customers for hundreds or thousands to install things improperly and unsafely. Don’t trust him or this company and defiantly don’t work for him.

  For five days straight Daryl diligently worked to figure out our issues. Each day our unit was going out in 90-97* heat. He would get it working and after he left we would have the same issues. But he didn't give up, he found the issue was in the electrical panel and not the unit. He could have just waked away and told us to hire an electrician, but he didn't he took the time to figure out the exact issue gave us some advice and had the unit running before he left. Mary in the office was extraordinary, she was so patient, calm and understanding with us through this whole experience. Brian was also awesome the day he came to trouble shoot the issue. I highly recommend this company, honest fair, expedient and genuinely cares.
